Weight Watchers Week 1, June 11 – 17, 2017: 3.4 lb loss! 

This is what I ate this week to lose 3.4 pounds. I’m posting each week on my blog for accountability! Since I am an exclusively breastfeeding (EBF) mom, my allotted points are 52 daily, and 41 weekly. 

Breakfast, 06.11.17, Sunday 

Two turkey bacon (2 sp), 2 scrambled eggs (4 sp), with 1 tbsp ketchup (1 sp), coffee with 2 tbsp fat-free hazelnut creamer (3 sp) = 10 sp total 

Lunch, 06.11.17, Sunday 

2 oz turkey breast (1 sp), 1 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise (1 sp), lettuce & tomato (0 sp) on a Joseph’s honey wheat flat bread (3 sp) with a low-fat yogurt (5 sp) = 10 sp total 

Dinner, 06.11.17, Sunday 

Salad with red onion, carrots, tomato, & cucumber (0 sp) with 1/2 tbsp Italian dressing (1 sp), all beef hot dog (7 sp) with 1 tbsp ketchup (1 sp), 1/2 cup baked beans (5 sp) = 14 sp total 

Bedtime snack, 06.11.17, Sunday 

1 cup Cocoa Peanut Butter Puffs (7 sp) with 1 cup whole milk (7 sp) = 14 sp total

Two fried eggs (4 sp), toast (2 sp) with 1/2 tbsp butter (3 sp), coffee with 2 tbsps fat free hazelnut creamer (3 sp) = 12 sp total

1/2 cup homemade chicken salad made with shredded chicken, low-fat mayonnaise, grapes, and pecans (3 sp) on a Joseph’s honey wheat flatbread (3 sp) with leftover salad (0 sp) with 1 tbsp Italian dressing (1 sp), cucumbers (0 sp), grapes (0 sp), 1 block chocolate (3 sp) = 10 sp total 

Dinner, 06.12.17, Monday 

1 cup lasagna pasta (13 sp), 1/2 buttermilk biscuit (4 sp), veggie salad with red onion, carrots, tomato, and cucumber (0 sp) 1 tbsp Italian dressing (1 sp) = 18 sp total

Two scrambled eggs (4 sp) with 1 tbsp ketchup (1 sp), 2 turkey bacon (2 sp), coffee with 2 tbsp fat free hazelnut creamer (3 sp) = 10 sp total

Leftover 1 cup lasagna pasta (13 sp), leftover salad (0 sp) with 1 tbsp Italian dressing (1 sp), grapes (0 sp) = 14 sp

16 wheat thin crackers (4 sp), 1/2 cup homemade chicken salad made with grapes, pecans, and low fat mayonnaise (3 sp), string cheese (2 sp), lots of watermelon (not pictured for 0 sp) = 9 sp total

1/4 cup corn (1 sp), boiled zucchini (0 sp), boiled baby carrots (0 sp), 1/2 cup baked beans (5 sp), 1/2 cup three cheese Hamburger Helper made with ground chicken (7 sp) = 13 sp total 

Dessert, 06.15.17, Thursday 

Underbaked cookie brownie bar (13 sp) with 1 tbsp whipped topping (1 sp) = 14 sp total

Two slices frozen pepperoni pizza (20sp) = 20 sp total (pictured, one slice)

Coffee (3 sp), 1/2 slice toast with butter (2 sp), cinnamon roll with icing (6 sp), 2 scrambled eggs (4 sp), three turkey bacon (3 sp) = 18 sp total 

After that I went “dark” for a day of NO tracking!
